Todd Moore is the chair of the Mayo Clinic Revenue Strategy and Innovation (RSI) division of Finance, formed in 2019. Moore is responsible for leading multiple departments and developing coordinated strategies on pricing, contracting, payment reform and value-based transformation. He also serves as the lead administrator for the Revenue Model Innovation (RMI) Program, a portfolio of projects and tactics jointly managed with Mayo Clinic Practice leadership. Moore’s role spans the Mayo Clinic enterprise including international revenue strategies.
Before joining Mayo Clinic, Moore served for 11 years at the University of Vermont Health Network as senior vice president of Accountable Care and Revenue Strategy. He concurrently held the role of chief executive officer (CEO) of OneCare Vermont, a statewide ACO founded by the University of Vermont Medical Center and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health. OneCare continues to be the major feature in Vermont’s All Payer Model, an advanced payment and delivery reform program developed with the CMS Innovation Center.
Previously, Moore served for 14 years as an executive-level consultant to health care providers and insurers as a Principal at the Mercer consulting group, a founder and partner of his own firm Performance Logic, and as a regional executive for the Cerner Corporation, a leading health information technology company. He also served as a technology consultant to the financial services industry with Accenture. Moore holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois.
