Nancy Pick is an innovation coordinator for Innovation & Design within the Mayo Clinic Robert D. and Patricia E. Kern Center for the Science of Health Care Delivery. She has worked at Mayo Clinic for over 33 years, including 18 years serving as clinic operation supervisor in the Cancer Center. Throughout her career, she has acquired extensive knowledge working in over 15 ambulatory clinical, surgical, and procedure areas and has experience working with large scale projects.
Nancy coordinates connections, removes roadblocks for rapid experimentation and prototyping, balances the language of design, science and Mayo culture, and guides the multidisciplinary team through the design process. Nancy received an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Concordia University of St. Paul, Minn.
