Jeff has 20+ years leading both clients and internal teams in the development and implementation of transformational innovation solutions. Jeff has conducted global research and facilitated breakthroughs for Fortune 500 companies including Johnson & Johnson, AbbVie, Amgen, HCSC, Nike, HP, Bosch, Steelcase, SC Johnson and FedEx.Whether working for a start-up or multinational healthcare company, he specializes in designing creative, contextual methods for gaining insight. Jeff has earned multiple patents and awards for his work and approach to design thinking spanning the design process from insight to commercialization.
In addition to C-suite presentations and global work sessions, Jeff also lectures on user engagement and creative research methodologies at institutions including the University of Notre Dame. Jeff holds a BFA in Industrial Design from Kendall College of Art & Design and a master’s degree in Design Planning from the Institute of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
